Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona, this 40+ partner, multi-specialty orthopedics group seeks a BE/BC Orthopedic Spine surgeon to collaborate in a private practice with state‑of‑the‑art surgical facilities, research centers, and outpatient clinics. Onsite support includes physical therapy, imaging, and patient education resources. Onsite mentorship for 2026 and 2027 fellows. Opportunity Schedule: 3 clinic days with 2 operating room days, with option for more. Degenerative or deformity oriented scopes welcome. Built‑in volume from day one—dedicated APP and MA for each provider. Competitive base salary plus win–return vision (wrVU) and a 2‑year partnership track. Sign‑on and relocation stipends allotted.
