Role:

Assist the Facilities Department with general maintenance requests and perform all landscaping and janitorial tasks to maintain all Alliance Credit Union branches. As well as operating a pressure washer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help complete the in-house Alliance projects.
  • Help complete the daily tasks and tickets.
  • Performs daily general maintenance duties: including moving furniture, boxes, setting up for special events, building checks for security, etc.
  • Operate pressure washing equipment.
  • Wash, dry, and detail vehicles.
  • Clean exterior of branches.
  • Ensure cleanliness of branch interiors including mopping, sweeping, throwing trash, vacuuming rooms and offices, etc.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance.
  • Inspects branches for repairs/improvement recommendations.
  • Supervise outside contractors that perform work inside Alliance Credit Union branches.
  • Mows, trims, and rakes all landscaping.
  • Keep up with and maintain all landscape beds.
  • Pick up and remove trash.
  • Prepares soil and plants flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs.
  • Operates Heavy Equipment and various types of power equipment including, but not limited to lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers.
  • Completes snow removal tasks as needed in winter months.
  • Ability to drive trucks and pull a trailer.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
