Role Description The Store Manager role at Garage Clothing in Broomfield, CO is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading daily store operations and ensuring an engaging customer experience. The Store Manager oversees staff scheduling, performance management, and coaching to maintain high service standards and achieve sales goals. This role manages inventory accuracy, visual merchandising execution, and adherence to brand guidelines, while monitoring store conditions to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Store Manager collaborates with District Manager and corporate teams to implement promotions, meet financial targets, and uphold loss prevention procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction, resolving escalated service issues, analyzing store performance metrics, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all shoppers. Effective Communication skills to lead store teams, provide clear direction, and collaborate with regional and corporate partners. Proven Store Management experience in retail as an ASM or higher, including supervising staff, managing operations, and driving sales performance. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring compliance and implementing procedures to reduce shrink. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working with point-of-sale systems, basic retail analytics, and standard office software. Previous fashion or apparel retail experience is an asset; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Garage Clothing
