Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $19.00 Per Hour Benefits Flexible and Full‑time schedules between the hours of 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm) Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending, company‑paid life and accidental death insurance, and exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties or other work‑related tasks Opportunity for performance‑based bonuses Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk and navigate facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, clearing debris Qualifications Experience: Customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies) Transportation: Valid driver’s license, own vehicle for travel between work locations and work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available) Public Storage is an equal opportunity employer.
