School Bus DriverWe are looking for a School Bus Driver to join our team to transport students to and from school and extracurricular events following a scheduled route while ensuring student safety.Qualifications:Must possess a valid school bus driver license or be able to obtain one.Proven work experience as a School Bus Driver or similar role.Meet or exceed state, federal and local transportation regulations.Complete the pre-service training program of the West Grand School District.Pass a prescribed physical examination administered by a physician.Possess the physical and mental attributes of a good driver.Possess the skills necessary to operate the vehicle in a safe manner.Essential Functions:Knowledge of basic first aid practices, procedures and techniques.Knowledge of safe driving practices.Ability to read and write at a level necessary to successfully perform the required duties.Ability to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions in an independent manner.Ability to exercise good judgment and extreme caution while driving.Other responsibilities as assigned.Questions regarding this position, please contact Bethany Aurin, Director of Transportation, View email address on click.appcast.io or View phone number on click.appcast.io.
