We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager with 12+ years of overall experience and a solid background in the Healthcare domain .

PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience is preferred/secondary , but strong Healthcare Product Management experience is mandatory.

What We Are Looking For

We need a true end-to-end Product Manager who can independently run product initiatives and work closely with Product, Business, Engineering, Architecture, and other stakeholders.

This is NOT a Program Manager or Product Analyst profile.

Not looking for candidates with a mix of Program Management/Product Analyst experience without strong Product Management ownership.

Looking for candidates with:

12+ years of overall IT/Digital experience



5+ years of dedicated Product Manager experience
Strong and stable work history - preferably 5+ years with major organizations
Strong Healthcare domain experience
PBM experience is a plus/preferred
Experience managing the complete Product Lifecycle
Experience working directly with Product Teams
Strong experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
Experience owning and prioritizing the Product Backlog
Strong Product Strategy, Vision, Roadmap, and Execution experience
Ability to understand customer needs, business requirements, and market trends
Excellent Stakeholder and Business Management skills
Ability to identify and manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and Roadblocks
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Technical understanding of Cloud Platforms, Applications, and Product Development tools
Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture teams
Experience with Product Metrics, Analytics, Telemetry, and Success Measurement
Understanding of Security, Privacy, Scalability, Availability, and Production Readiness
