Job Description

This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects within a hybrid work model based in Boston, MA. You will oversee the full project lifecycle-from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery-while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position focuses on delivering exceptional project management services, strengthening client relationships, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across diverse commercial real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional project management services across all assigned projects.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including detailed planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project success.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality standards.

• Provide clear leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering team members to perform at a high level.

• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively listening to understand their goals and objectives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations that support their strategic priorities.

• Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging within project teams and across the organization.

• Ensure compliance with relevant construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.

• Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, manage documentation, and report on key metrics.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and enhanced project delivery.

• Support change management initiatives related to project implementation and process improvements.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional project teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in construction management and commercial construction projects.

• Solid understanding of engineering and construction-related disciplines relevant to project delivery.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools to support planning, tracking, and reporting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Experience leading projects across multiple sectors, including industrial and healthcare.

• Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation within project environments.

• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

• Expereince in construction management, construction, project management, engineering, and commercial construction.

• Ability to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing project culture.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $80.00/hr.
