About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to join their team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing talent acquisition team, partnering with executive leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies, and building scalable recruitment processes. Strengthening employer branding, enhancing the candidate experience, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are also key aspects of the role. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in talent acquisition, including senior leadership responsibility. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling recruitment functions within high-growth organizations, as well as strong stakeholder management experience. A data-driven approach and experience in using recruitment metrics and analytics are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being advantageous, and must be fluent in English. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage recruitment budgets, external agency relationships, and recruiting technology, while ensuring that the company's talent acquisition efforts are in line with its business objectives.
