We are currently a small, community-focused agency committed to serving clients with integrity, with a strong emphasis on long-term partnerships. Were hiring an Insurance Sales Rep to help grow our local presence and strengthen client relationships. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and educate them on coverage options across multiple insurance lines, including property & casualty and life. This is a hybrid role offering a flexible schedule, work-from-home options, and the ability to work both in the office and in the field. You will receive hands-on training in a supportive environment with great flexibility, where family and balance come first.

Responsibilities- Network and communicate with customers to understand insurance needs
- Educate clients on property, casualty, and life insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Grow a multi-line insurance business through referrals and outreach
- Support office operations, including servicing and policy updates
- Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up
- Property, casualty, life, and health insurance licenses required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a flexible environment
