Senior Associate Trial Attorney

Senior Associate Trial Attorney Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee LLP (GDEL) seeks a Senior Associate Trial Attorney to join our Woodland Hills office. In this position you will oversee complex litigation from pre‑litigation through trial and beyond, managing trials, representing clients in court, and crafting and executing case strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution. Develop comprehensive case strategies and oversee their execution. Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances. Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents. Maintain consistent communication with clients, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel. Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations. What We’re Looking For 10–15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis in personal injury, insurance defense, or business litigation. Extensive trial experience, including first‑chair jury trials preferred. Strong legal analysis and writing skills. A high level of organization, independence, and attention to detail. Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing. What We Offer Competitive compensation: $160,000–$240,000 annually, depending on experience. Quarterly performance‑based bonuses.
