Bindery Operator Blue Ash, OH Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Machine Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week.

What Gets You Hired High school diploma or GED (required) 3–5 years of bindery machine operating experience in a print manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and machine setup skills Ability to work with multiple paper weights and product configurations Basic computer knowledge; PACE experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally Ability to push/pull pallet jacks and rolling carts

What You'll Be Doing Set up, operate, and troubleshoot bindery equipment including: Stitchers Cutters Folders Folder/Gluer machines Die Cutters Collators Monitor print finishing quality and maintain production efficiency Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning Read and follow job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules Maintain accurate production and quality records Train and support new or temporary team members as needed Keep work areas organized and compliant with safety and quality standards "They care about me.
