Night PorterHilltop Commons Senior Living is seeking a dependable and attentive Night Porter to join our team! This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, on-site position working our overnight (NOC) shift. Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM. As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents and helping ensure the community operates smoothly throughout the night.Working closely with the Community Administrator and on-site team, the Night Porter helps maintain a clean, secure, and well-kept community in accordance with Ray Stone Inc. standards. This role is responsible for monitoring the property during overnight hours, ensuring building security, and serving as the primary point of contact in emergency situations. The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, and committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, guests, and staff.Job Duties:Responds to emergency calls, either from pull cord system or through pendant system depending on assigned community.Main point of contact for all after hours phone calls.Ensures that the building grounds are clean and well maintained. The employee occasionally must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds. Additionally, the employee, on occasion, must crouch, kneel, or climb stairs. Most work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. This position requires substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
