Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Painless Physical Therapy, you will:

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. \n
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Collaborate with other professionals such as case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care and promote effective treatment outcomes. \n
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying empathy and expertise in high-pressure situations. \n
- Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health services. \n
Your practice will encompass a broad range of patient demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n- \n
- An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n

- Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for keeping accurate records and documentation. \n
