Project Manager - Life Sciences

Overview We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead complex life sciences construction projects throughout the Greater Seattle Area. Responsibilities You'll lead planning, budgeting, scheduling and client coordination, guiding complex life sciences projects from concept to turnover. Qualifications 7+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Experience managing life sciences, laboratory, research, healthcare or other complex construction projects Collaborative leadership with the ability to build productive relationships across project teams Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $155,000 to $200,000, annual bonus opportunity, employee ownership/profit sharing, 401(k), comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.
