You'll assess the damage, explain the restoration process, and help them take the next step toward recovery.Your day-to-day will include:Visiting homes to evaluate water, fire, or mold damageBuilding trust and guiding customers through the restoration processCreating and presenting estimatesClosing restoration projects on-siteCoordinating with production teams and insurance adjustersParticipating in the emergency on-call rotationWhat we're looking for:We want someone who:Has in-home or direct sales experienceBuilds strong relationships through trust and empathyCommunicates clearly and confidentlyIs organized, dependable, and self-motivatedXactimate knowledgeIICRC certified in WRT is a plus, but not requiredHas a clean driving record and background checkExperience in restoration or construction sales is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person who brings the right attitude.The opportunity:This is a field-based position with travel throughout Chicagoland.
