Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an onsite Full Time Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates.
Job Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and execute online marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and revenue growth for our marketplace properties. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing, and managing successful campaigns from our Santa Monica, CA office.

You’ll Report To: Director, Acquisition Marketing
Typical Responsibilities Monitor multi-channel acquisition campaigns to meet monthly goals
Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition campaigns with measurable outcomes to improve user experience and ROI
Analyze and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
Identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for online marketing channel growth
Develop ongoing digital acquisition strategies, including projections of volumes, costs, ROAS, and LTV
Stay informed on acquisition best practices, technologies, and trends
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs
Qualifications Ideal candidates will have applied knowledge of direct response advertising across PPC, display, social, mobile, and affiliate channels, along with an analytical mindset and a drive to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in customer acquisition growth, with experience in Affiliate Marketing, CSE Marketing, or Third-Party Marketplaces a plus
Knowledge of feed-based advertising platforms like Google Shopping, Amazon, Dynamic Remarketing
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
Problem-solving skills and escalation awareness
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
Assertive, creative, and a team player attitude
Willingness to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities
