Utilization Review RN - Per Diem On-Call Day

Description Utilization Review RN at Providence Health Plaza. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift position. Utilization Management covers 7 days/week, including holidays, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. The RN Coordinator-Utilization Review supports the care of the patient through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate services and resources to maximize optimum outcomes. This position works collaboratively with the multiple disciplines, both internal and external to the organization, in effecting quality and cost‑effective management of the patient care along the continuum. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Nursing, or Associates Degree and 2 or more years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Five (5) years Clinical experience in an acute adult medical/surgical care setting, OR Five (5) years Current Utilization Review or Case Management experience.
