Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, and provide a level of customer service that promotes customer loyalty and repeat business. sReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions .Review customer inquiry documents to determine Neway product selection based on customer requirements and specifications Collaborate with engineering and NVNA management as needed Prepare documentation related to exceptions or deviations Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages based on customer requirements and specifications within prescribed deadlines Review and compare purchase orders for accuracy and completeness against quotation parameters prior to order entry by Distributions Sales Specialist Provide written correspondence and oral communication with customers, NVNA staff and HQ factory personnel to obtain information and promote clear understanding of quotation and purchase order requirements Manage full-cycle quotation and purchase order communication process, including internal (NVNA and HQ factory) and external customer correspondence, face-to-face meetings, quotation clarification, revisions, issues resolution, etc. to ensure agreement with requirements Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, HQ factory and internal NVNA personnel to promote confidence in the Neway organization and to deliver a consistent high level of customer service Maintain current knowledge of Neway products, procedures and specifications, and keep current with industry development #J-18808-Ljbffr Neway Valve
