Production Operator I

Responsible for operating basic machinery and ensuring efficient production processes under supervision. This role involves following established procedures, maintaining safety standards, and performing routine checks to ensure product quality. Job Responsibilities Operatesbasic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Loadsand unloadsmaterials into machinery. Monitorsmachine operations and reportsany issues to the supervisor. Performsroutine checks and maintenance of equipment. Maintainsa clean and organized work area. Adheresto all safety and company policies. Assistsin troubleshooting machine issues. May perform other duties as assigned. Job Skills Requirements Basic understanding of machinery and production processes. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Basic math skills. Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location. Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience. Experience Requirements Previousexperience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required. Physical & Environmental Requirements Some physicaldemand;often liftslight to heavy-weight material.Frequentlifting/moving average weight (up to50lbs/11-27 kgs) material. Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours). May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
