Under the general direction of the Director, Imaging Svcs oversees all technical and clerical staff in the Imaging Services department. Oversees technical procedures, Quality, JCAHO and State requirements. Ensures the workflow of safe and effective patient care. Coursework/Training: Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Profession. Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists or Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board orUpon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography orUpon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon hire: California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification orUpon hire: California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit orUpon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification orUpon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification orUpon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.2-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment with 4 years Management experience.Preferred Qualifications:2 years' experience managing Imaging Services clerical support.Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
