You will be overseeing/helping staff who preparing coffee drinks and food for customers while creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. You will also assist customers in finding retail items, stock the store, ring customers up, amongst other duties. You are passionate about coffee and customer service! Organized, calm, and friendly, you make a point to go above and beyond to make sure customers have exceptional experiences.ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers with a friendly smile; provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to each customerTake food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guestsDemonstrate an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinksAccurately and efficiently enter orders into POS systemClear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest visitMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go proceduresQualificationsPrevious knowledge of food service regulations preferredServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification, or willing to obtainStrong customer service and interpersonal communications skillsAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance with the brand standardsExcellent conflict resolution skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurancePaid Time OffEmployee discountsGrowth OpportunitiesCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
