Senior Program Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Program Manager to join their team.Summary:This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, manage priorities, monitor risks, and ensure successful delivery of key programs. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex initiatives, facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, and supporting product and operational goals in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:* Manage and coordinate multiple projects and program workstreams* Support planning, prioritization, and execution of business and technology initiatives* Track program progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution* Facilitate communication between business, technical, and leadership teams* Assist with change management, rollout activities, and stakeholder engagement* Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadershipRequirements* Strong program or project management experience* Experience working in technology-driven or digital environments* Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams* Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar)* Understanding of product development and delivery processes* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint* Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity* Ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and program metricsJob TypeContractCompensation39 - $47
