Primary Care Physician

The Staff Pad is seeking compassionate and patient-centered Primary Care Physicians (Internal & Family Medicine) to join a mission-driven healthcare organization in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care services to underserved populations, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. Physicians will contribute to organizational growth and meet community healthcare needs in a collaborative team environment. Practice Info Mission-driven healthcare organization providing comprehensive primary care to underserved populations in Los Angeles, CA No hospital call or inpatient rounding Supervise up to 4 Advanced Practice Practitioners and maintain required agreements Meet productivity goals of 25 patients daily Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, screenings, immunizations, family planning, and patient education Assess patients, order and interpret tests, and diagnose conditions Prescribe and administer treatments, medications, and vaccinations Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and hygiene Perform procedures within scope of practice and refer patients to specialists as needed Provide follow-up care for high-risk and emergency cases Conduct physical exams for school, employment, and insurance requirements Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records Compensation Salary: $285,000-$335,000/Year Competitive compensation $50,000 sign-on bonus Up to $20,000 relocation assistance Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 403(b) with 4% employer match Paid holidays and sick leave 3-5 CME days $1,000-$2,000 CME allowance (based on years of service) DEA reimbursement & FMLA benefits Shift & Schedule Full-Time; Part-Time; Per-Diem opportunities available No call/rounding Coverage: 5 days/week 1 evening/week as needed 2 Saturdays/month required Provide clinic coverage, including evenings and 26 Saturdays annually Requirements MD or DO with Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency training Active California Medical License and DEA reimbursement Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) Relevant clinical experience within scope of training; new graduates encouraged to apply BLS and PALS certifications HIV Certification preferred Experience with EHR systems and basic computer skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between clinic sites Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for community events Maintain current licensures and certifications and provide verification upon requestaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
