Human Resources Generalist

Plastipak Packaging, Inc., a global leader in rigid plastic packaging and recycling, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing workforce. In this role, you will administer HR policies and procedures, coordinate full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, and support training and development initiatives. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance and attendance support, HR data and reporting, and benefits administration. You will partner with supervisors to ensure consistent application of policies, promote a safe, high-performance culture, support compliance with labor and safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement and long-term talent growth.
