Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Estimator based in Woodbridge, VA. The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates for HVAC systems, collaborating with project teams to develop competitive proposals, reviewing blueprints and specifications, and identifying materials and labor costs. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining accurate records of estimates, and assisting in budget management for projects. Qualifications Proficiency in HVAC system design, analysis, and cost estimation Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Prior experience in the HVAC or construction industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training or degree is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Solution Mechanical Services
