Level II IT Support / Network Technician (Part-Time Hybrid)

Location: Eastern Connecticut / Rhode Island Area (Hybrid)

Schedule: Approximately 20 Hours Per Week

About the Opportunity:

A growing technology consulting company is seeking a well-rounded IT professional to support small and midsize business clients across Connecticut and Rhode Island. This position is ideal for someone with a strong networking background who enjoys troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and technology deployments across multiple client environments.

Responsibilities:

·      Troubleshoot networking, wireless, and infrastructure issues

·      Support and maintain client technology environments

·      Assist with network equipment deployments and upgrades

·      Configure and troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, and related hardware

·      Support endpoint management and device administration

·      Assist with infrastructure projects and technology implementations

·      Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed

Additional Details:

·      Flexible part-time schedule

·      Approximately 20 hours per week

·      Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote and onsite support

·      Travel to client sites within Eastern Connecticut and nearby Rhode Island as needed

·      Training provided on client environments and internal tools

Desired Qualifications:

·      Experience in a Level II Support, Network Support, Systems Support, or MSP environment

·      Strong networking and troubleshooting skills

·      Experience supporting Microsoft and/or Google-based environments

·      Familiarity with wireless networking technologies

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

·      Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi environments

·      Microsoft Intune experience

·      Experience with RMM tools

·      Audio/Visual technology support or installation experience
