POSITION DUTIES

Conducts comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments, evaluates patients for admission and level-of-care needs, collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinates crisis intervention services, and helps develop discharge and aftercare plans to support safe patient transitions. Minimum Required Qualifications –

TX LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A

Master's degree in relevant field BLS HWS 1+ year recent acute hospital experience in specialty PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Familiarity With Managing Patients In Emergency Settings

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK

7pm-7:30am, Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday. Every other weekend.
