We are seeking a Builder Sales Consultant to develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners. This role focuses on showroom sales, project consultation, and driving repeat business through outstanding service and product expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with local builders, contractors, and designers
• Assist customers in selecting plumbing, lighting, appliance, and hardware products
• Manage builder accounts and ongoing construction projects
• Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Assist customers in selecting plumbing, lighting, appliance and hardware products
• Manage builder accounts and ongoing construction projects
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Stay current on product knowledge, trends, and pricing
• Provide a high-end, professional showroom experience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in Builder Products (tile, plumbing, lighting, appliances, or hardware preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Professional, friendly and customer-focused personality
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced showroom environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

This position offers competitive pay plus commission.
