Service Delivery Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing technology and telecommunications organization that provides network and connectivity solutions to business and enterprise customers across the U.S. They are seeking a Service and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the fulfillment and installation of customer services from initial order through completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the service delivery process.
• Coordinate schedules and activities across engineering, construction, field service, and installation teams.
• Review incoming orders, complete data entry, and initiate projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules based on customer needs and internal timelines.
• Manage multiple customer orders simultaneously while balancing changing priorities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Communicate updates and escalate concerns to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Coordinate installation activities with internal teams and field technicians.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure completed orders are properly closed.
• Support post-installation activities, documentation, and ongoing service needs.
• Process service changes and disconnect requests through completion.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in telecommunications, technology, construction, insurance, utilities, or a similar coordination-focused environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to identify problems, understand project dependencies, and find solutions.
• Comfortable working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to work.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Position Details

Location: Longview, TX
Schedule: Hybrid — Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday remote
