Job Description

Location: New Jersey Experience: 1+ year Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within the moving, logistics, transportation, or service industry. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate moving schedules, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the moving process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate moving services, pickups, and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers regarding moving dates, pricing, services, and updates.
• Coordinate with drivers, movers, and internal operations teams.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, and service documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with quotes, estimates, invoices, and service-related questions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire moving process.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Moving, logistics, transportation, or home-services experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, drivers, movers, and management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
