What You'll Do Consult with customers, listen to what they actually want, and make professional recommendations. Shampoo, cut, and style hair for the whole family. Recommend the right products for each customer's hair. Keep your station and the salon clean, safe, and welcoming. Work as part of a team so no customer waits longer than they have to. What You Bring A valid Cosmetology or Barber license (required). Strong cutting skills, or the eagerness to build them fast. New grads welcome. Genuine customer service instincts — you listen before you cut. Reliability and a team‑first attitude. Availability that includes some evenings and weekends.
