Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design custom treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional milestones.

Engage with an Interdisciplinary Team: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide all-encompassing care that addresses every aspect of health and wellness.

Guide and Educate Patients and Families: Offer instruction to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques, fostering continuity of care and progress at home.

Document and Track Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment methods as needed to ensure continual advancements toward recovery goals.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported by our organization

Current active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
