About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable Quality Auditors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet strict customer and company quality standards throughout the production process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on products to verify:
  • Box dimensions
  • Glue application
  • Skew and alignment
  • Other specifications based on customer requirements
• Follow production runs through each stage of the process to ensure all quality standards are met.
• Document findings, report issues, and communicate with production team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in quality inspection, auditing, or a related field preferred .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with production teams.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move between production areas throughout the shift.
