As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Plan, organize, and manage daily plant-level safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.* Implement and maintain safety policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives across production, warehousing, and logistics operations.* Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and job safety analyses to drive awareness and compliance.* Investigate incidents and accidents, coordinate corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.* Monitor and track safety metrics, maintain safety records, and manage chemical inventories and safety data sheets.* Partner with plant leadership to support emergency planning, drills, and safety reviews for new equipment and facilities.**What You’ll Bring*** Three or more years of experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.* Bachelor’s degree in a Safety related field.* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.* Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using technical safety equipment and experience in PSM, LOTO, or ammonia systems preferred.* Bilingual Spanish a significant plus**What You Can Look Forward To*** Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.* Paid holidays and vacation.* Tuition assistance and 401(k) with company match.* A highly impactful role supporting safety across multiple facilities and operations.* The opportunity to influence a strong safety culture within a growing manufacturing organization.**Physical & Work Environment Requirements*** Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.* Work performed across plant, warehouse, and logistics environments with varying conditions.* Regular interaction with production areas, equipment, and potential environmental exposures depending on location.**Disclaimer***The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
