Key Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient charting, documentation, and medical record management Support residents with daily health assessments and basic medical procedures Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical supplies are stocked and sanitized Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members regarding medical information Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards Skills and Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program Proven experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Knowledge of medical terminology, charting, and basic clinical procedures Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills At Grand Villa of Port Charlotte, we foster a supportive and inclusive environment that values growth and professional development.
