In this role, you will provide one-on-one, personalized nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored nursing care aligned with each client’s care plan. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, under RN supervision. Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks. Maintain and monitor medical equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly. Manage and organize medical supplies, including reordering as necessary. Assist clients with attending medical appointments, ensuring continuity of care. Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervising RN. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided. CPR Certification Completed TB Test Valid Driver’s License and Social Security/Birth Certificate At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care Preferred Experience Care for pediatric, geriatric, or special needs clients (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilator care). Strong soft skills: compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and communication BLS Certification (preferred) Technical ability to operate and maintain medical equipment and follow clinical procedures.
