Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join a growing distribution company in Dallas.

This is an opportunity to become an important part of a small, close-knit warehouse operation where your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day success of the business.

The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a warehouse organized, safe, and running efficiently. You'll be involved in a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, inventory, material handling, and general warehouse organization.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, works well with others, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with inbound and outbound freight
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
• Verify orders and shipments for accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Properly store and handle products and materials
• Assist with inventory organization, labeling, and warehouse layout
• Help maintain adequate shipping and warehouse supplies
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, vendors, and other departments
• Assist with improving warehouse organization and day-to-day processes
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed to support the operation

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Forklift experience is a plus; certification can be provided
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment
