Our Home Health RNs should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to formulate an individualized plan of care according to physician orders that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. Working alongside other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and or Occupational Therapist.
