Summary The Beauty Counter Manager leads a brand counter on the sales floor, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales. This role balances selling and educating customers, builds loyalty both in-store and digitally, and partners with vendors to execute events and promotions. The manager also oversees daily counter operations to maintain organization and presentation. Responsibilities Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and build strong vendor relationships Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, merchandising, and customer readiness Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming customer experience Requirements Passion for beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare knowledge Excellent customer connection skills and the ability to proactively resolve customer concerns Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and sales-driven mindset Comfort using networking and technology for sales, including social media and texting Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to be in continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and perform repetitive reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
