Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) — Full-Time

A large, well-established healthcare organization in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $211,369 – $317,053 annually
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Option for four 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Minimal night call coverage as needed
• Hospital rounding approximately once every two months

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
• Interview, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and early disease detection
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
• Respond to patient questions, concerns, and clinical inquiries
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with federal regulations
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Perform occasional hospital rounding

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board Eligible physicians must obtain board certification within 12 months of hire
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Current DEA registration
• Successful completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing as required
