Team Lead Benefits

Team Lead Responsibilities

1. Build, expand, and lead your own brand and/or team within and beyond your market
2. Deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
4. Mentor and collaborate with newer agents when appropriate
5. Utilize Link's technology, marketing, and operational resources to scale your business
6. Collaborate closely with Link's leadership team to support growth initiatives within your region

Requirements

1. Active real estate license required
2. Minimum 2 years of real estate experience preferred
3. Consistent production with at least 5 transactions annually
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a long-term business
6. Team leadership experience is a plus but not required

$60,000 - $200,000+ per year
