Automotive Service Advisor

Pecheles Automotive's Greenville Campus is expanding to serve our growing community!We are currently seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our busy Service Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working directly with customers and automotive experience. Excellent communication skills and a record for excellent attendance & punctuality are a must! Our Service Center is open Monday thru Friday, 7:30AM until 5:30PM! *Please note: This is a a full-time year round position. We are not able to accommodate school schedules. Advises customers on necessary and recommended services. Offers additional services and repairs to customers. Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer. Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs. Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer. Schedules appointments with customers. Meets dealership’s standards for repair and order production. Maintains CSI at or above Company standards. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area. Participates in required training. Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system. Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures. Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Organized and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills, including a commitment to attendance and punctuality. Fantastic communication skills. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Manufacturer Training (ability to complete upon hire). Valid Driver's License; Clean driving record.
