Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (or PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic rehab setting in Locust Grove, GA, with first-time travelers welcome.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic setting with a focus on ortho patient population
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with 12–14 patients seen per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• 8-hour day shifts
• Floating to other clinics is required, with the possibility of placement at this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a Travel Team

Requirements

• Current PT or PTA license required; license required if applicable (note: Colorado does not accept the compact PT license — an active Colorado license is required)
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
• New graduates will not be considered
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Outpatient experience is preferred
• PTAs are eligible to apply for this position
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted; local pay packages are presented at time of job offer
• Any overtime hours must be pre-approved by the director before being worked
