This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.The Enterprise Data Product & Ontology organization within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager to drive and oversee some of our most important cross-functional analytics applications.What You Will Be Doing:In this role, you will be responsible for the following:Coordinating recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessment of project staffManage agile team to ensure team alignment of delivery schedules and releasesCollaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need and align with defined budget targets.Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules, including management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Enterprise Control TowerLead Control Account Manager (CAM) for Enterprise Control TowerManaging project budgets, schedules, and status reporting to senior leadership.Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specificationsManaging risks, issues and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX productsMonitoring project issues, developing resolutions, and ensuring quality and Portfolio/Program goals are met.Reporting metrics and risks to senior‑level internal customers.Basic QualificationsMinimum of 3 years Project/Program Management experienceMinimum of 3 years Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)US Citizenship required due to system accessProven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordabilityStrong leadership, planning, communication and presentation skills with the ability to listen and influenceDemonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organizationWork experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationshipsExperience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive resultsDemonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast-paced dynamic environmentDesired SkillsExperience with the 1LMX ProgramRisk Management experienceDemonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes and best practicesFundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planningProject/Program management experience in an Agile Development environmentExperience with IMS, Jira and ROADSExperience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business AreasPay InformationGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
