Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong programming background in one or more languages like .NET
Experience with cloud architecture and AWS services
Knowledge of DevOps tools and modern delivery pipelines
Worked on AI/ML technologies and build applications
Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
Provide technical direction and hands-on support to the engineering team
Roles & Responsibilities
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high development standards
Work with cloud platforms, especially AWS, to design and manage infrastructure
Support DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and approaches where relevant
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Active participation in design discussions.
Mentor team members and help grow technical capability within the team
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide root-cause analysis
Resolving technical issues or fulfilling requirements from client side with team collaboration.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and scalability
