Warehouse Team Member

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our roasting plant's warehouse running smoothly on second shift. As part of the warehouse crew, you'll play a key role in getting fresh coffee and supplies out the door to our stores and customers across the country.

You'll learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations, from receiving and staging materials to loading outbound shipments, all while working alongside a team that values safety, collaboration, and pride in craftsmanship.

Note that this is a 1st shift position with working hours of 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Mon-Fri.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately to keep our supply chain moving
• Receive and stage incoming shipments with precision and care
• Safely operate forklifts and powered equipment (training and certification provided)
• Maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse management system (D365) and RF scanners
• Keep your workspace and shared areas clean, organized, and food-safe
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, productive work environment

• You're physically able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 80 lbs) and can stay active throughout the shift

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience
• Familiarity with warehouse systems (D365/WMS) a plus

The target hourly range for this position is $20-22 per hour. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
