Entry-Level Event Assistant

The Bizarre Agency is looking for an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Event Assistant to help spread the missions of well‑known charity partners through pop‑up booths in Miami’s busiest locations. This is more than just handing out flyers. You'll be an ambassador, helping turn people into supporters, and everyday spaces into moments of meaning. This is perfect for an individual looking to gain real‑world experience in public‑facing roles. (Career changers / Experienced candidates are also welcome) What You’ll Do as an Entry‑Level Event Assistant: Represent national and local charity clients at vibrant outdoor and indoor promotional sales events Start conversations that matter—educating the public with clarity and empathy Set up branded event materials with an eye for visual detail Support team goals by hitting daily interaction targets Provide on‑the‑ground feedback about event outcomes and audience response This Could Be You If: You enjoy talking to new people and have a naturally upbeat personality You take pride in showing up, being present, and doing things right You want a flexible role that fits around studies or other commitments You’re quick to learn and eager to contribute to team wins You’re inspired by real‑world causes and want to help tell their story What’s in it for you?
