Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in memory care settings. Assist with daily living activities and personal care. Monitor and document residents' status and behavior. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents. Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
