Baton Rouge, LA Full Time Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm; Friday 8 am - 2 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 22 patients scheduled; average of 15-18 seen per day Call Schedule: Primary call 2 months/yr; Secondary call 2 months/yr Loan Repayment Compensation: Negotiable Benefits: - Loan repayment through NHSC- $1,500 continuing education allowance plus 5 days- $500 professional membership - 3 weeks of PTO- 13 paid holidays- 401k with a 3% match- $25,000 life insurance policy - Paid cancer insurance policy- Medical and Dental - Vision EE paid- Critical Illness, Accident, and Whole Life - EE paid- Short- and Long-Term Disability Additional Info: - Responsible for providing highly specialized medical patient care, diagnosis, and treatment the geriatric population of patients. - You will promote a healthy and active lifestyle and pair patients with resources and treatment plans to attain and maintain well-being and independent living.Qualifications:- Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, with a specialization in geriatrics.- LA license- Federal and state DEA Certificates
