Remote Payments Operations Analyst — Enterprise Solutions

Jack Henry’s Operations Business Analyst role supports onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations for Payrailz solutions. You will serve as the liaison between Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations to ensure projects start correctly and revenue recognition proceeds smoothly.

You will review agreements, validate data across systems, maintain CRM integrity, support billing readiness, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
